the beer was a good quality but overpriced for what you're getting (unlike river city brewing co.) The server was TOTALLY inattentive and dimwitted which may be due to the fact she wasn't old enough to know about any of the beer that she was serving. We were there for an hour; she only visited our table 2 times. Took her at LEAST 20 minutes to get extra dressing for the salad. When I received my billing statement from the bank for that month, I discovered that I was charged 75.00 for a salad that runs about 7.00 and after chasing both the manager and the book-keeper for over a week; I still hadn't received so much as an ATTEMPT at a phone call. I would not recommend this restaurant unless you intend on going when it's absolutely dead and only pay in cash very disappointing

Any time I have tried to have lunch at the Jacksonville Ale House during my work day, I have had to leave- almost without my lunch because the service is SO-SLOW. I am going to try again today but this time I am going to call in my order as a Take-out order and hope that will allow me to have lunch there, with my friends.

Not a bad place at all for corporate food and drink. Nice environment with good service. They also have a great french onion soup. Beer selection is a bit lame, but again...corporate america goes for the 90 percentile..
